Fax modem error when recieving data

Hello all,

I have problem when i want to recieve data from my fax in windows 7 32 bit , but i installed the driver of my internal fax modem card correctly . i’ve already attached the error log in attachments section

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
